Powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm ARM11 processor, the DreamBook PhonePad M7 is the newest Android tablet from Pioneer Computers Australia. Specs-wise, the device sports a 7-inch 800 x 600 capacitive multitouch display, a 512MB DDR2 RAM, a 512MB flash storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, a 5.0-megapixel rear-facing camera, Flash 10.1 support, a G-sensor, GPS, 3G (support GSM/GPRS/EDGE/HSDPA/WCDMA), WiFi, Bluetooth, two built-in speakers, a mini USB port and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo OS.
