In the mobile phone and tablet world the NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor is all the rage but in the low end laptop/netbook world it seems the AMD Fusion is all the rage. In fact, Dell has just come forth to debut their latest offering powered by AMD Fusion technology with the M102z notebook.Under the hood this laptop seems to have some pretty decent specs including an 11.6-inch display with 1366 x 768 resolution, AMD E-350 processor clocked at 1.6GHz, AMD Radeon HD 6130 GPU and 4GB of RAM. However, that particular model is going to run you $699. If you’re looking to save a few bucks you can take a step down and go for a model with 2GB of RAM and a lesser GPU for $599. Want to go classy and really spend your money? Then you can get the bump up from the first mentioned $699 model to the $759 model complete with a built-in TV tuner.
No word on exactly when these will be made available but according to Dell they should be coming quite soon. We’ll keep you posted.
